Absolute rubbish. The are happy to take your money then lie and fob you off for weeks.I would never deal with this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.Honesty is not a word they understand. Their customer service is absolutely appalling, when you complain you get ignored and again, fobbed off. Please avoid, use other companies if you want to buy a private registration, there are a lot about and they all charge the same (except the DVLA) but above all, they won't lie to you, unlike Regtransfers. When reading their reply to this review, it again is dishonest. They lie to get your money then use delaying tactics and various excuses in order to avoid completion of the transaction. I have proof they have lied and when put to them they simply ignored it and used another excuse as to why things are delayed. Please save yourself the stress and cost, just go to DVLA registrations and buy from them, a lot cheaper and you won't be lied to.Update: I have had it confirmed by a senior manager at Regtransfers that both the sales advisor and sales manager lied to me in order to gain the sale. Their response to my review has now been proved wholly inaccurate and I am now considering my response, one of my options is pursuing the matter under the Fraud Act 2006 for Fraud by False Representation.

I bought my numberplate 1 week ago today (with a bank holiday in between) and was able to put the private reg on tonight. Can't believe how quick and easy the process has been thanks to regtransfers. The plates I bought from them are great quality and the number plate fixing kit was brilliant. I am so pleased and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy their own reg. Thank you!

I have wanted a cherished plate for years but thought it would be too much trouble. How wrong can you be. I contacted Reg Transfers by phone and spoke with RAJ. What a great guy. He explained everything to me....walked me through the process and kept in regular contact by phone and e mail. He was patient when I was unsure about details. A great personality and so helpful. Reg Transfers also offer great value for money. The first plate I looked at was £1200 with these guys ranging up to £2543 (4 other companies). The process took a matter of days. Reg Transfers also take of the MOT/Tax/Reg Doc and supply the plates, so basically all you need to do isput on the new plates, once you are told to do so, inform your insurance company and you're good to go!! Absolutely brilliant service, ordered my plate, they arrived 3 days later followed by an email saying everything was good to go. Would highly recommend, very quick turnaround, no stress service, and I love my new plate.

Made an enquiry on line, and received a phone call the following day from Raj, who explained the cost and procedure. I subsequently bought the number, and after a couple of days received another call from Raj and then an email confirming the sale. All very straightforward. My only comment is that as it was the first time I have bought a number, and I mentioned this, I wanted the process to be clearly and fully explained, but got the impression that as the staff deal with this day in and day out, it was all conducted at speed, as though I too knew the process!Anyway, I definitely recommend using this company for your number purchase.
